Default Any pics of completed Sutton Warrior cars?

I'm interested in getting a Track Warrior built, probably 70-73 Trans Am or Formula body. Are there any pics out there of completed Warrior cars?

Thanks!

Howdy, thanks for the interest. I offer my suspension designs & parts 7 ways that range from:
  1. Improve Your Current Car - With My Help & Bolt-On Street-Star Parts
  2. Build Your Own Track Car - Your Design - With My Track-Star Parts & Kits
  3. Build Your Own Track Car - One of My 5 Designs - With My Help & Parts
  4. Have Your Preferred Shop Build Your Track Car - One of My 5 Designs - With My Help & Parts
  5. Pick a Shop I Already Work With Around the Nation
  6. Use One of My Preferred Shops in Northern California
  7. Get a RSRT Track Warrior Car - as a Roller for you to Finish or Turn Key from Us

The "Track-Warrior" cars with my front & rear suspensions are covered in #3 to #7.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have 5 levels of front suspensions & 5 levels of rear suspensions, with a variety of options for each.
GT = Top level, cutting edge race suspension / Requires Engine behind front axle Centerline
TA = Very close to GT / Top level, cutting edge race suspension / Does NOT Require the Engine Set-Back
TA2 = Mid-Level Bad Ass Track Car / Just not as Exotic as the TA & GT Versions
TT = Stands for Track Toy / Budget is King here / Dependable, Basic, Good Performing Track Car (or Truck)
STT = Street & Track Toy. Very Streetable, but Track Capable as well.

All of this is better explained in my 70-page Build-Your-Own-Track-Car catalog you can download here: http://shop.ronsuttonracetechnology....080444&c=12798

As far as parts go ... I make my stuff available just about anyway someone might want it ...

* Complete Build-Your-Own-Track-Car Chassis Kits - From $11,999 to $25,299
* Front Suspension Packages with Jig Welded Clips - Assembled or not
* Rear Suspension Packages Un-Welded, Welded or Welded & Assembled
* Individual Components - Yes, even the trick stuff

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Back to your question ...

The only "finished" Track-Warrior that is on track was a "Build-Your-Own-track-Car" project by Mike Dusold's 68 Camaro. It has my GT front suspension in it & an IRS rear, which was custom designed for him. He built it himself, adding a lot of his own style & made some frame & bar changes. It has won 2 Goodguys AX in Pro Class & 1 segment of an Optima event. Mike is always a front runner and that car turned out amazing with his skills.

I have an order for a '69 Torino Track-Warrior we're starting the build for Mark Milliron in a few weeks. It will use the GT Front Suspension with long control arms & the engine set back. The Rear is my GT Rear Suspension with Shock Controlled Decoupled 3-Link. I personally don't build cars anymore. I have 2 shops near me ... with 25 year race vetrans ... I've worked with for a long time ... that build the Track Warriors for me. Randy Chastain, who was my GM of my 9 race teams & oversaw the building of all my race cars for 8 years and Mike Tolle, who is well known for building GT, DP, TA & many other types of road cars cars. These guys are VERY talented. Better than me. So I design it & provide all the parts. They build it. The blueprint below is Mark Millirons's 69 Torino with GT front & rear suspension. It will be a roller by August. We will be posting photos online of that build.

Another Track-Warrior recently started, is Craig Scholl's awesome Cuda.
It is a Build-Your Own project also, as Craig is an excellent fabricator. We'll send him the Track-Warrior TA front clip complete ... ready to bolt on. The rear clips are available that way too, but with Craig's skills, it made sense for him to install it himself. It will use the GT Rear Suspension which is a Decoupled 3-Link.He has just started on the rear framework & his thread is here: https://lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=52748

A Track Warrior TRUCK that is getting pretty far along is Robert Taylor's '47 REO Speed Warrior. Robert is running a version of our GT front suspension, but with Wide 5 hubs at his request. It will use the TA Rear Suspension which is a Decoupled 3-Link. He hasn't updated his thread recently, but it is HERE: https://lateral-g.net/forums/show...reo+speedwagon

Jordan Betts Track Warrior is still in the design stages. It will be a BIG car with TA suspension front & rear. He'll build it himself.

Several guys are using either my front or rear suspensions:
* Jeff Peoples used the Track-Warrior GT Front frame & Suspension in his '65 Buick build. It is getting close. I don't think he has a build thread on it. But he is on Lat-G occasionally.
* Ron Myers 68 Camaro has my TA2 Offset 3-Link & Watts Link in his build.
* Ron Schwarz is using my TA Decoupled 3-Link in the rear of his AMX project. It is here: https://lateral-g.net/forums/show...ghlight=payton
* Payton King is using the same TA Decoupled 3-Link in the rear of his Camaro Track Car. It is here: https://lateral-g.net/forums/show...ghlight=payton
* Scott Pomeroy has installed the GT Rear Suspension (shock controlled Decoupled 3-Link) in his '68 Chevelle.
* Another un-named car guy on here is updating his A-body with our TA front Frame & Suspension.

The next full Track Warrior we (Tolle, Chastain & Myself) are preparing to build will be a complete car. It's a carbon fiber wide body Mustang fastback. It will be after the Torino & given to the customer as a turn key track car.

Ron, I'm too dumb to understand most of what you're saying, but I love reading your posts. Although I'm not in to racing, I always read your stuff in its entirety. You have a wealth of knowledge and are an asset to this board and you're always available to anyone who needs you.
