Default t56 HEEEELLLLLPPP!!!!!

04 cts-v,t-56 with 139000mi, about to set it on fire. intermittent grind 1-2 shift, and almost every 2-1 is missed shift. 6th gear 50/50 hit or miss. removed trans, and installed new 1/2 syncro and swapped 5/6 syncro from what i thought was a good spare t56 i had. everything else in the trans looked perfect, so saw no reason to replace

re-assembled, road test, goes into 6th then pops back out 95% of the time, 1-2 good, missed only once (maybe driver error) 2-1 good, until about 5mi in and warmed up then will go in and pop out every 5 or so down shifts.

car sitting still and engage 6th, you can feel it go into gear, but when you slowly release clutch, it pops out of gear, and then when you put clutch back in, it will return into gear.

also noticed while testing that randomly now will engage and then kick out of reverse now too, never did that before.

made a call to local shop, and he said its a clutch not releasing problem, and said to bleed the clutch and make sure it releases. put clutch system under vacuum for 30min. and tried again, same. bled clutch system, traditional way, and try again same.

so tonight i left the clutch system under vacuum, and will see in the morning. if still persists, im going with i messed up and should of not been cheap, and will replace 5/6 syncro, and replaced all shift for pads with bronze pads.

any advice? ive built a few t-56 before and they have never given me any problems.
