TKO, unable to mount to Bell Housing

I just spent all day trying to install my TKO 600 to my LS3 engine. I'm using an LS "621" Bell Housing and I could not get the input shaft to line up in the Pilot Bushing for nothing. Anyone have any ideas ???

Just had this with a Mcleod set up, twin disc and one disc was backwards. May be the same thing.

Thx for the reply. I'm not sure what the hell the problem is. McLeod flywheel ram clutch. I can't seat the trans to the Bell Housing. Wondering if this BH is that much out.

Is your pilot bearing correct,not sure but I think there is a couple sizes,good luck

if everything is correct. we draw them in with the bolts. I know your not supposed to do it that way but all the ones that we've installed over the yeas have been done that way. just go slow. never had a ear break. btw.

I guess we should start with the simple stuff. You using a clutch alignment tool? Plastic or metal? Mechanical linkage? I had to depress the clutch a bit to get the input shaft to seat properly.
