What method did you go with to utilize both fuel tanks? Would you do it again in the same manner?

My problem is time really. I'd love to LS swap the truck, but I fear it would take me a couple years to complete. At this point, I'd rather get the 305 running better and put the money into better wheels and a rear suspension change. We'll see what happens.

I used both tanks as the OE did for years but had the tank valve failing all the time. The valve doesn’t seem to like todays fuels. Now I have the pass. Tank as my primary tank and use the drivers tank to fill the pass tank if need by a simple toggle switch.

Couple of my favorite pictures, I love paint work so seeing the buffed finish is exciting.

Next is a set of OE truck manifolds that a friend and myself modified to fit and had coated
