Default Drill Bits

Okay, ever find yourself at the drill press with over 400 drill bits
which are ALL DULL?
I routinely drill stainless, mostly 1/2” diameter and smaller.
Please share any advice or tips regarding sharpening drill bits.
Anything you can.
I know there are jigs, grinders, etc..,
But what do YOU recommend?
I welcome anything you share.

I us the Drill Doctor and have had great success. I don't try to sharpen any bits smaller than 3/16".
