Default Orders now being taken

I just wanted to give everybody an update on our new 1st Gen Camaro subframe......

We get our first run of laser cut brackets in on Friday, rails will be bent early next week, and we are looking to be able to start jig welding up the first round of subframes the last week of Jan (29th-31st). Accounting for a bit of fudge time, we are looking begin shipping on the 5th of February. If we can ship earlier we will definitely do so! Since we are so close to production, we are beginning to take orders today.

We have headers in bare or ceramic coat for BBC, SBC and LSX combos and the brake line kits will be in shortly.

Since our check is in the mail to become a site sponsor, I will respect the other sponsors and not discuss pricing until our banners are up. If you are curious, please give us a call or PM me!

I'd like to hear more about it as well. Is there a page on your site talking about this front clip yet? I might be interested

Thanks,
William

We are getting ready to update our site with our 2007 catalog and info on the subframe. If you have any direct questions fire away though!

Great news! Are your headers for your frame application only?

The headers we have built were designed for our subframe. We are going to do a test on a Wayne Due subframe to see if they fit. I am guessing that they should since we bent the rails for Wayne, but we will see. Before we sell too many sets though, I would like to test it out.

Also- we are printing our 2007 catalog next Wednesday. If you would like to receive our latest and greatest book, send me a PM with your address!

Craig,

How simular is your sub frame to the Wyane due? The reason I ask is that I have a nice set of headers and exhaust and they dont fit a Due subframe. They fit a stock subframe.

What diffrences do you think there is between yours and a Alston?

Thanks.
Phil

It is pretty similar in deisgn, and we are going to do a test on a Due subframe to see if our headers fit.

The two differences between ours and an Chassisworks subframe is that ours utilizes C5 components and it has power steering in either 15:1 or 20:1 ratios. Chris builds a nice part, but its his own brand of IFS (don't really know much about their IFS) and it has a manual only rack (available in 20:1?).
