Default Home Auto Repair Code

Damn, I am glad I do not live in Sacremento County! A fellow over on team camaro site was busted for code violation of the Home Auto Repair Code. Here is a link to the code itself:

Typical, get the EPA to allow the hobyist to paint up to 2 cars a year without requiring a paintbooth, hvlp setup, etc... and then you get slammed cause a neighbor turned you in for working under your hoodf!

I had a neighbor call the epa on me once for painting my car in my garage.Epa showed up threated me with all kinds of bs i laughed and said come back with a search warrant or you'll met smith and wesson with out one.4 years later they never came back.My aunt lives in cape coral fl there you can't even change your oil or even air filter with out catching a code bs ticket.
