Default Are old radiators worth anything?

The radiator in the 68 is rusted off at one of the tabs, and I would liek to just replace it with an aluminum one anyway.

These things have any copper in them, or are they pretty much just trash?

Trying to figure out if it would be worth my while to haul it to the scrapyard or just dump it in my trash can.

There is a lot of brass and copper in radiators. With the metalprices going skywards you can get some for it. I sold a radiator to the scrapyard some time ago and got $75 for it.

Sweet. I'll take it down to the scrapyard this week. I have some old copper tubing and catalytic converters lying around I need to take there anyway. Might be a worthwhile trip!

I think Im going to pick and pull, then buy a bunch of copper brass truck radiators and sell them to the scrap yard.
