Looks like it would be close to hitting the hood when closed. This is the style we make and use. They look real nice polished.

Yes they are for sale Im working on makeing them right now. They will be in the $2.50-$4.00 range with the bolt. The sizes will be 1/4 dia .700 .750 and they are .150 thick, 5/16 dia .750 .865 1.0 1.25 1.50 they are .200 thick, 3/8 dia 1.0 1.25 1.50. they are .250 thick. Find a shop with a screw machine and you could really cut the cost with a bulk order. If you are doing them on a standard lathe or even a cnc turning center you are spending too much time. JM2Cents. You could keep the same margin and probably increase your sales numbers. There I go that manufacturing background is creeping out. It's just hard to swallow 2.50 - 4.00 per hole. Ouch!
They are very nice pieces by the way.

We are looking at differnt ways to make them. Were going to run a bar on a cnc lathe see how long it takes. The price isnt that bad if you compare it to like a arp bolt they are about $2.25 a piece. On a Camaro you have about 40 bolts under the hood that like $140 or arp would be $90. About the same price of a tank of diesel for the Dually.
