Default Electric power hood

Guys,

We would like to install an electric power hood on the Supersnake build. We will have an electric motor on each corner of the hood. The problem we have is finding a system that will raise the hood higher than 12 inches.I would like to have the hood raise up about two feet.

Anyone have a source for the correct equipment or any experience with an electric hood?

Yeah linear actuators or even a electric/hydraulic like most convertible tops use.A normal motor would take a lot of linkage or a cable and pulley system to work.
