Default pilot bearing bushing removal ?

i was wondering if anyone could tell me the correct way and easiest way to remove the pilot beearing from my crank on a ls1 engine??? i am using a auto trans and motor is from a 6 speed car. thanks brandon

See below link on lower left nav. select pilot bearing removal. There is a video of removal (not LS1) but I think this will give you an idea
