Default anyone know \ seen this car?

Hey. Hope everyone is well. Anyone know of this car, or, better yet seen it is person? I now it is a Scott Wibdey car but I believe it is an older build. Here is the link:

Any first-hand knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Please post in this thread or feel free to shoot me a PM.

Thanks,
Chris

I have never seen this car in person, but I have seen 3 other Camaros that Scott has built. They have all been in line with any top shop in the US. They usually feature a nasty big block with a high lift roller cam, aftermarket sub and 4 linked or air ride, or both. The body work is very nice and usually every thing has been wetsanded and buffed, I mean everything. You wouldnt go wrong with a Whidby built Camaro in my opinion

Wow that's a lot of orange.

I think someone posted up recently here or on PT asking about this car and commenting how low the subframe hung... or just appeared extra low cuz of the loud orange paint!

It looks like that car is not even mini-tubbed for that price?

Apears to be super nice but like said to orange, subframe looks to low along with headers, and could use bigger tires. Just my thoughts!

Default anyone else?

Thanks guys for your input. I knew of Scott's red and black cars and followed the build of his most recent car, a silver Camaro, but never saw this one until very recently. I found an older build thread and was hoping someone had first hand knowledge of the car. I know Scott is a first rate builder no doubt about that but I am curious as to why this car has been out of sight since it was built and has only 80 miles on it.

Looks too nice to drive. My guess is whoever spent that kind of coin to buy it does not want to drive it and have it deteriorate.

It's a nice street rod.

kinda what I'm thinking. Very nice quality, but built so that it would be impossible to keep it that nice if it was driven regularly. Kinda why I like the Stielow type car builds. They are very well engineered and highly detailed, but still drivable while retaining value. Certain colors and finishes look great but don't show every speck of dirt and dust. Body colored panels are not that type of build.

So the question would be if you're looking for something that can be driven or has limited use.
