What scares me the most is the ripple effect. I hope people continue to buy products/materials from the small businesses of this hobby/lifestyle. Just because this business was poorly handled does not mean that all small businesses are like this particular one. I hope people continue to support the "GOOD" small businesses because that is what makes this country great.

There money bought someone's else some wheels that were placed previously. Not to add fuel to this but it would be a pisser if I know that I bought parts for someone else and never got mine.

Man, my bank works fast. Filled out the paperwork for my charge back about 5pm yesterday and my money was back in my bank account today about 4pm. Now, that's what I call customer service.
