I'm not sure how you manage the 14 email accounts you actively use.

Yeah I know. But I have carpet and a dash pad!

I hope you get out there with us too Jer. Good having you convert from that dark side.

Are you done with your Dr Frankenstein Skunkworks subframe yet?

I will have to 'moderate' my source.

My current subframe with all the goodies is pretty much sold so I guess it's in motion now.

Here's the goods:

Jake's Rod Shop Apex C6 subframe
6 way Bilsteins front and rear (might upgrade to double adj)
1.25" splined sway bar
Jake's torque arm

Of course this triggers lots of other discussions and decisions to make. I think I'll end up with a Moser or Speedway Floater (using my existing Wilwood brakes front/rear) and a dry sump has entered back into the discussion again.

What is completely up in the air at this point is timeline. It is possible I miss Buttonwillow in September, but if that's the way it has to be for this car to get real serious and solid and safe, then so be it. I wanna get things solid and right with this car before I really start going fast. I haven't been 100% comfortable with my stock sub, 12 bolt with c clips, and a few other things.

I might not have a car at BW in Sept, but I will damn sure be there regardless.

Not in my possession yet but deposit paid and I'll pick it up in the next month or two. Ok lemme have it.

What I like is Jake has been running this stuff in his own AIX 2nd Camaro (bad ass BTW) for 4 years and does quite well with it. That means something to me. And he's committed to help support me 100% on installation, tuning and guidance. Thanks Jake if you're reading.

Da*n I watch a movie w the GF on a Sat night and missed all the action!

Great decision Dave-O. Jake is one of the few, if not the only one, that has all the specs at his fingertips and will ratlle them off for his customers. He can tell you Roll center, IC, COG, Ackerman and Scrub. He uses his shiat with the big boys and it works.

I can't wait to see this go together! And no changing your mind Sir (Miss? )...

Can I get the cliff notes? From a glance my impression is that somebody is squealing like a school girl over some parts he doesn't even own.

Man, you are going to be pissed when you go through all that trouble and still get whipped by a big block car with a sub woofer and A/C.

Great another PT formula 1 car. At least tell me you're going to keep the chainsaw towhook.

Get the good shocks!
