If you are not building to big you may be interested in the sips panels, I don't know how well they will work for your climate, If you want to side like your house, and shingle to match, they are pretty sweet and extremely well insulated. http://www.premiersips.com/

That's the one i have been looking at. Seems to have good reviews. I just want to keep it around 50 all the time, then turn it up when Im out there.

I take it you don't have a gasline close to building? I have a hotdawg heater also and they are awesome.

No gas in my area, I could do a propane setup. But dont want to deal with a tank.

Check out Carolina Carports, they have an estimator on their site that allows you to build a building to your specs and get a price right online as you build. The erection of the building is included in the price.
