Default 70 Elco at BBT

Finally getting around to posting this up I guess because I finally got around to working on it! Hope everyone enjoys watching the build! I bought this car in high school and drove it for a couple years, but of coarse I decided I needed to do a complete teardown. So here I am 6 yrs later finally making progress..

Well if anyone didn't already spot the obvious, the bed has been shortened up 6 inches because we thought it just too long behind the wheel.. Also when the bed moved forward the bottom didn't line up. so I decided to drop it an inch lower than factory, while also adding the body line from the front of the car, to the rear section behind the bed. The other stupid thing I don't get, is the "drooping" body line that drops right after the door on chevelles and elcaminos.. I decided it needed cut out and replaced it with a new panel that stays straight. Very small detail but it bugged the **** out of me!
