Default Carberation

have a 350 chevy eng. in my Chevelle, vortec heads mild cam, car came with a Quick fuel 750 cc carb This seems way to much carb, I'am thinking a 650 cc would be much better, any advice on type brand ect.

If I had a choice to buy a 650 or so over again it would be this..I have the Edelbrock 650 Thunder Series now..
