Default Pushrod question

Hey guys,

I'm finishing up the valve train on my 498 stroker pump gas motor. I'm running a hyd roller and was curious if my pushrods are to big for my application. Trend Performance recommended 3/8's with .135 wall thickness. I'm curious if these will be too heavy for my application. My cam is only a .595 lift int/exh w/ 242/250. I'm running double springs I purchased from dart along with pro 1's. I'm worried that the extra weight of the .135 wall will be hard on the lifters and rockers. I'm beginning to think the sales person heard me say roller lifters and thought I was running a pro stock motor or something......lol

Thanks in advance
