belt and harness ?

I will be installing a roll bar in my 79 camaro and would like to know if its possible to leave the stock seat belts in the car to use for daily driving and still have a 4-5 point harness in the car for track days? I will have a roll bar for the harness but the cross bar will be removable to access the back seat at times but not a lot if at all but want to have the option.

Does anyone have any advise on this in a 2nd gen camaro?
