Default Need help calculating spring and swaybar rates

Anyone know how to calculate spring and swaybar rates (both front and rear)? I'm changing the rear leaf springs on a 91 S10 over to a three-link, and I'd like to know how to figure out the spring and swaybar rates - at least enough to get me in the ballpark.

Could also use some links, if anyone has any, to some companies that could help me with this.

Thanks,
