Default more turbo ?s 500-550rwhp???

ok, i asked the last question about what it felt like, got my answer from a car making like 800rwhp, a very radical build. so here is what im gathering, based on my mods, a lot of chassis and suspension mods, my cars insanity limit should be right at 500-550rwhp, at up past 600 i think it will be plain out of control, so, im trying to decide how to build for that without having to do some crazy de-tuning, you know, so that it works like it wants too. and i want this in pump, medium boost, say 12-13psi. so im thinkin, 12-13 pounds, 93 octane, i could drop the 408 stroker, just do a .030 over 360, so 366, and run 10-12 pounds on twin to4-e , .57 a/r, q-trim wheel, and a 2 in, one out intercooler front mounted, with a blow thru set up car, and some decent head work, 2.02/ 1.6 valve, that standard, should be good for 500rwhp no problem. then, if im feeling froggy, dyno day or drag or whatever, 18-19 pounds and c16 should put me at 750-800rwhp? sound about right? nice long powerband, and with a tk0-600 and a 3.55 rear end, 17inch wheels, 180 mph and decently long gears, 1st is gonna be nothing but smoke, 2nd about the same, 3rd should catch and highway runs should be nooo problem. or is my lack of experience with forced induction small blocks showing and realistically im not going to go anywhere straight?
