Default Lookin for help with cam and/or lifter decisions

heres the deal...my lifter are shot. My choices are either replace the lifters by themselves (is this ok on used cam? what if any are the cons about this?) or replace the cam and lifters all together. The motor is a 427 All Aluminum small block crate from World.

I'm looking for drivability while still still being able to be spirited driving without worrying about adjusting the valves all the time. If i do go with a cam change should it be a hydraulic roller? what lifters?

* Motown 9.025” deck height 4-bolt main
* Eagle 4340 forged steel crank 4.00” stroke
* Eagle 6.00” rods
* JE forged 4.125” bore
* 10.0 to 1
* Speed-Pro rings
* Hydraulic Cam Duration @ .050 is 244 intake & 252 exhaust. Lift .515 intake & .525 exhaust. Centerline is 112
* Motown Aluminum 220 heads
* 2.08” x 1.600” Manley valves: Severe Duty intake & exhaust
* 1.5:1 ratio roller rockers
* Motown Intake
* Hardcore 870 cfm carburetor
* MSD Pro Billet Distrib. and MSD 6AL

Any help or suggestions are appreciated
