Late last night I realized the dash lights weren't working. The right turn signal also was not functional. I dug in this morning and found blown fuses in both circuits. I definitely had a short on my hands. For those of you that are not real savvy with electronics the key to finding the short is eliminating segments of the wiring that you think has the short. In these old cars it's a piece of cake. It turned out to be my brand spanking new right front parking lamp. They must of chaffed the wires during assembly. I unplugged it and everything is perfect. I'll probably disasemble it and try to fix it vs send it back.

My first view of the gauges at night.

I spent most of the rest of the night installing my emergency brake cable. Cut the lokar cables have everthing set up perfect. Push down on the pedal and it's rock hard and the wheels aren't moving with a breaker bar. About the third time it sinks to the floor. Pile of crap OER front cable broke third pull. So brand new OER parts are my two bugs to fix for the night. My works flawless.
