Anyone heard of bead/sand blasting PP and flywheel?
Okay, I heard of an old racer's trick and wanted to see if any of you have heard of it or used it.
So apparently if you either bead blast or sand blast (not sure which one) your pressure plate and flywheel it can help the clutch seat much much quicker than say waiting for a 500 miles break-in. And apparently there isn't any bad side effects.
So, does this work?
