widest wheel for 67 Camaro

I have a 67 Camaro that I do not want to mini tub, and was wanting to know if I can fit a 19 or 20X10 wheel in the rear without doing this. I am also going to put a 4 link with a 9 inch Ford in it and was wanting to know how much I can shorten the rear end to get the fatest lip on the wheels.
