Default OneLapCamaro - Marquez Design Interior

I've neglected to post any pictures of the '67's interior - the foundation of which is Marquez Design's updated dash and door panels - so I thought I would snap some pictures before I started pulling it apart to finish up the fire system and wiring.

The new Marquez Design dash is awesome! As you can see it is a complete replacement and goes all the way to the windshield. Instruments are courtesy of the Racepak IQ3 logging dash with autometer fuel pressure and level gauges.

The quick release hub makes life a bunch easier getting in and out and is especially handy when you have to work under the dash. The column is a trick custom Ididit shorty that is a direct bolt in replacement for the stock dash.

The center console is out of a '71 Camaro that we uphostered to match the dash. The double din head unit isn't in place yet but a Kenwood piece with GPS navigation is coming soon. Shifter is a Pro-5.0 from American Touring Specialties and the bezel is something that we fabbed up in the shop. The window switches will be out soon and and ISIS In-Touch unit will be fit and will house all of the cars switches.

AC controls and vents are from Vintage Air. The billet handle on the drivers kick panel is the remote hood release.

Seats are from Cobra; the back seat seat area is pretty basic but houses the Fire Safe fire system as well as the RaceLogic traction control ECU.

Sorry that the pictures aren't the greatest but one of the issues with working on projects like this in the garage at home is that space and lighting can be limited at best.

In my opinion the Marquez Design interior really brings the car together and is one of the best investments that I made in the build. Not only is the styling awesome, it adds a bunch of much needed room and makes creates a fantastic driving enclosure! Hats off the Pascual and everyone at Marquez Design for another awesome product!

I'm working now on addressing some of the issues and potential issues that we identified at the Optima Invitational in the hopes that we can be at 100% for the begining of May.

Cheers!
