steering wheel?

I tried making a thread in the open forum about the Street Customs episode with the Rusty Wallace Nomad. Needless to say I didn't get a response so trying here instead...hahah.

But i'm trying to locate a steering wheel and having no luck with it. The best way I can describe it is......it's got dual spokes at the bottom and when u look at it sideways you can see through both of them as the centers are cut out...

i do have a picture but having trouble uploading...if someone could do it for me i would be very greatful. however hoping someone knows what i'm talking about.....thanks in advance.
