Brake line hook up for Willwood 6 piston calipers?

Does anyone know if Willwood makes a kit to convert the stock caliper lines to hook into the 6 piston caliper? The caliper switches from the rear of the hub (stock) to the front of the hub with Willwood. My kit did not come with anything to run from the old line to screw into the back of the new Willwood unit.
