Default 69 Camaro Suspension

I'm getting started on my project and just wanted some suggestions on a few things. I'll start by listing what I have already purchased.

Global West upper/lower contral arms w/delaulum bushings
SC&C X-Tall ball joints for the uppers
Hotchkis 1 1/8" fr sway bar
Moog pitman, idler arm and tie rods
Lee 670 box

Now a few questions.

I've been searching and can't decide on what brakes I should go with. I don't know how much vaccumm I will have because I don't know what engine I'm going with. I want to use my stock spindles/18"front wheels/19"rear wheels. The car will be used on the street 99.9% of the time. Any suggestions? I've heard good and bad on numerous diff set-ups. Oh and I do not want to spend 2k. I've heard decent things about going with LS1 Brakes and they are cheap...open to any suggestions

For the rear I want to do a setup close to the AME tri 4 bar but without spending quite as much (Friends will be helping with the fab and install for free) So the ? is what would be the best width rear and backspacing on the wheels? I want to run 19x12 or 19x12.5 with a 335 or 345 and I prefer a decent sized lip on the wheel (4 or 5") Also what rear should I go with...Curry, Chris Alston, Moser? Chassisworks is in my hometown so I may have just answered that myself...

Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated. And yes I do know about the search feature and use it daily.

Thanks,
Justin
