The HRE rep was posting in the thread about how he would take care of it even though the warranty was void as soon as the wheels were powder coated.. maybe you need make friends with a rep and deal only with him to get stuff figured out.....?

also read into it a bit and yet again using that thread to make a point still holds no water...
and yea that was even the pres of HRE posting on there to help the OP that deff. sound like bad customer service to me!
