Window issues in my Silverado

2000 Silverado, driver's side window will not roll down, power windows. Bought window motor and new switch, still will not work. Passenger side works fine, even with new switch. There is a clicking noise that I traced to under the dash to a relay. Swapped them out, still doesn't work. It is not my daily driver, but I would like it fixed. Any ideas?
