72 Chevelle Tailights/bumper on 68 or 70

Question, does anyone know if a 72 Chevelle bumper and taillights can be put on the rear of a 1970 Chevelle? Does it fit flush? If so, How much modification is needed to do the job? Same question about a 1968 Chevelle. I figured that if either would work, it would be the 1970 as opposed to the 1968.
