LS1 PCV fitting and question

On the LS1 I have the PCV fitting is broken (drivers side valve cover is broken at the elbow) I am trying to find a replacement fitting and seal. Anyone have any idea where to find one of these online?

My other question is, do you guys run the stock pcv lines or is there anything you do to make this hose look a little better?
