Default 70 Nova

can't remember if I ever started one of these or not, but here is my 70 nova.
I got it cheap, and I don't mind the rust repairs. other than a couple small spots of rust on the florrs, and the obvious 1/4 work, it's pretty solid. I'm looking at the Hotchkis TVS system, with z06 brakes and camaro steering box. I'm going to be running a small block until next winter when a 408 gets dropped in(hopefully ) Anyway, I've started striping the subframe (please excuse the mess in the pics) and have a question: should I:
A. Have the subframe sandblasted -or-
B. Have the sub-frame dipped??

I'm going to be undercoating th ecar with Raptor liner, but am concerned that blasting won't get into all the nooks and crannies. Any info will be appreciated as this is my first real attempt to build a pro-touring car.
