'99 Suburban Electrical - Rear Brake/Turn/Reverse

Sorry for the mundane question ..... '99 Suburban isn't too exciting.

But, drivers side rear brake light, turn signal and back up lights do not work.

Passenger side works fine.

All bulbs are good. Left turn signal has a "fast blink" sound inside the truck.

At first I thought it was a broken wire somewhere, but I thought that I would ask here first. It's cold and rainy/snowy outside !!

Any ideas? Certainly I am missing something obvious.
