Sumped tank? Am I gonna catch any grief at tracks for it

I have a Ricks stainless sumped tank going in my 70 "Shop beater" one thing I didn't think about is track liability. AM I gonna catch any crap at road course and SCCA events with (2) half inch lines hanging down below my rear bumper?? Guess I should have thought about this first??
