69 GTO Restore: Purest or Pro Touring?
I am thinking of restoring my 69 GTO Hardtop. I am struggling with sticking to a more purest approach or going towards a Pro Touring approach. The end result is to sell the car and move up a class. I have been doing alot of reading and I find that were a nice restore back to original is ok, unless you have a Judge or Convertible you probably won't see more than 30K. However, I have seen some very nice Pro Touring cars go for alot more that were just standard hardtops. I would like to maximize my build with minimal expenses. I was turned onto this site by a friend and from what I have seen there are alot of great cars and guys that really know their stuff. I see why he like it so much. I would appreciate any advice.
