Default Dash install question

How does the Marquez dash get installed? Is it something I can install directly over my current painted dash? Or do I have to cut my stock dash out?

I also notice there are 2 dash pieces. The top and the bottom. Do they just glue/screw/bolt over the stock dash?

What about my vin #? Do I have to relocate or does it get hidden under this dash?

Anyone who has installed one of these please chime in or Pascual if you can let us know how these get installed that would be great. My car gets painted in a few weeks and then Im on to interior so I need to decide what I want to do sooner then later.

Thanks
John
