Second gen full quarter replacement

I am getting closer to ripping off my quarters. I am a little nervous about doing it for the first time.
I'm wondering if anyone has done this themselves and can provide pictures and any special hints or tips on what to, or not to do. I will also be replacing the full tail panel and roof.
I will not do it all at once, I need to keep some of the factory panels in place while the one next to it is located correctly. I dont have a body cart or chassis jig to work with.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
