Default Suspension pick up points

Hey....I THINK I know what I am doing but wanted some opinions over the weekend before I get back to my project next week.

Building a tube chassis 240z with 350z rear suspension. In general it is my understanding that I should maintain the OEM geometry and pickup points on the suspension. I am also locating the differential at the OEM height to maintain the proper half shaft angles according to the tire diameter.
So in effect I am just lowering the chassis and maintaining all original pickup points and geometry for the suspension and diff.
I know I may run into a slightly less than ideal angle for the driveshaft as initially it looks like it might run uphill an inch or so to the differential. But if I lower the diff then the halfshafts run at an improper angle.
