Default Ran BP in the Half Mile -- 148.9 mph

Took Penny to Arnold Nebraska for the Sand Hills Open Road Challenge and to check another item off my bucket list. This was from the shootout held on Friday. We were going to run the full mile, but didn't realize we needed a six point harness, so we ran the half mile. This was my first run and I shut down through the traps, unfortunatly they were the wrong ones so it was only a quarter mile blast.. DOH! -- In my defense nobody told me they had flags at the finish. The next run I did 147.6 mph but found out I needed to shift to 5th.. last run was my best with a 148.9 mph! Not bad for an NA car at 2,800 feet. Thanks to Optima Batteries for the invite and I can't wait to go do it again!!

There was a huge group of PT cars there including Bill Howell, Brian Finch, Yanch Johns, the DSE Tuckers, Bret from Ridetech and a bunch others. Great event and you should go if given the chance!

Hot Rod TV was there to cover the whole event so keep an eye open!
