baers rear brake shoe????

Maybe I'm just too tired and can't see the obvious solution, but I'm having the worst time getting the rear brake shoe over the axle and into place.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Btw, 9" rear with bases 14" rotors and 6P calipers for the rear back plate and ebrake shoe.
