Glink & Moser 12bolt

Last night I finished getting the G-link tacked into place and I started on rear end. The jig & instructions for welding the brackets to the rearend are for a "stock" rear end, how do I go about getting the brackets lined up on the Moser?

I took the cover off thinking it might line up which it appears to be close (but I have nothing to compare to), but the bracket sits directly over the breather hole? Can anyone help me here? I was looking at other setups on line and it appears my breather hole is in a different position that the ones online...
