Just out of curiosity, when you make a pass on the 1/4.... what settings do you run your front shocks at and is your front sway bar connected ??

I've only run down the 1/4 twice but I tried to mimic a 90/10 shock. Close to full compression and very little rebound. I did have the sway bar connected both times but I do plan to disconnect it for next weekend. What type of mile per hour do I want in the burn out box?
