Default I need a new rear end for my 69 Camaro

I have spoke with venders and manufacturers and each claims to have the best.

They all have good options. I would like advice from customers and people with knowledge on this topic, unlike myself.

I have a 427 69 date block, not dynoed yet but around 500hp to 550hp.

12 bolt or 9"?

I want 3:73 gears, Tru Trac.

Currie recommended 12 Bolt w/9" ford housing ends. I think this would be a good option for having disc brakes.

I read about disc brake knock back and c clip eliminators leaking, do not want either issues.

Will not be a drag car, never autocrossed, but it has peaked some interest for me in the future.

Please help me choose a rear end manufacturer so I only have to this this once with no regrets.

Thanks
