Ripped off by Andy Mitchell, Hardcore Racing Parts in Montclair, CA

I bought a set of AFR 1094's from Andy Mitchell of Hardcore Racing Parts on RacingJunk. Sent $950 almost 3 months ago and have yet to receive them and he hasn't returned my calls or emails since 7/4. I didn't take too much caution sending him $ b/c he's been featured in tons of mags & sent me references but since this went down, further research shows he's a major shyster notorious for this kind of crap and his prior business Outlaw Racing Engines is no longer. Wondering if anyone knows him or can verify if his shop is where he claims it to be. I have other irons in the fire as well trying to track him down but trying to work all angles.
