What can I say......it needed to be done. 7000 lbs of rock, 3 yards of decomposed granite, and 35 gallons of G3 stabilizer. Not to mention the 20 shrubs and 100's of feet of irrigation I need to put in. And thats just the front of the house .
If I had to do all over again.......a big shop (45x65 min) with 1K s.f. attached living quarters on 20 acres close to a good road course wouldn't be too bad.
