Default Fix for fuel starvation issues? Run a Radium fuel surge tank with dual 044 pumps....

I'm planning on running a stock '87 Buick Grand National (new) tank with Walbro 255lph intank pump for my '69 Chevelle project. It actually came as extra parts already in the trunk ready to install.

I want the car to handle well and not have fuel starvation issues so I decided I want to run a fuel surge tank setup to prevent fuel starvation.

I've been looking at this trick piece:
https://radiumauto.com/index.php?p=p...id=76&parent=0

Any other ideas for surge tanks? I have a TIG so I could also just build my own.

I'm trying to make around 800rwhp on e85 which means I need a fuel system that can support 33% more... so approx 1065rwhp (1250hp flywheel). This setup would fit the bill..... and Bosch 044's are relatively quiet.

Any other suggestions?

Also worried that 18 gallons of e85 33% worse fuel economy won't get me very far on a tank of fuel.
