Weld or bolt DSE spring perch?

Guys I installed my diff and leafs for the last time I hope and was wondering do I have to weld up DSEs spring perch to the diff or bolt it up and call it a day? If it is only bolted down what is the torque spec of the spring perch and also the spec for the u bolts? Thanks guys.
