Default Is this normal?

Hello guys

My car has been in the bodyshop for rust repairs and body work. The car was disassembled and the inner fenders and were repainted first and then were fitted in order to paint the car with all parts assembled.

I was disappointed when i realized that the paint has been chipped off when bolting the fenders and door hinges. Also, I noticed the same at the areas where the rear bumper brackets are bolted.

I was told that all the paint chips would be repainted again.

Is this normal when it comes to putting and bolting all the panels and stuff together or is it because of bad body preparation prior to painting?

Really appreciate your input guys
